Funding
The Werner Siemens Foundation finances pioneering science and technology research projects that address key problems of our time. The Foundation also fosters junior academics and young talent in the STEM subjects.
History
In 1923, the Werner Siemens Foundation was established by the daughters of Carl Siemens, Charlotte and Marie. The two sisters fulfilled a long-cherished idea of their father, a brother of Werner Siemens.
